During your first visit, we will ask you to complete the necessary insurance and health forms to begin your treatment. These forms will help us get acquainted with your needs and ensure a smooth process.
Payment Options
We offer a range of payment methods and flexible financing options to help patients pursue long-term treatment with clarity and confidence. We work with dental insurances, offer payment-in-full discounts, and we partner with Care Credit, Cherry, Proceed, and Sunbit to create transparent financial options that work for you. Payment plans can range from 3 months to 7 years. Two of our patients’ favorite options are our payment-in-full discounts and our 2 year, 0% interest plans.
Insurance Options
Parker Dental is committed to helping you get the most from your insurance benefits. While we do our best to estimate your coverage, keep in mind that insurance policies can vary, and we cannot guarantee exact coverage due to the complexity of contracts. Any portion not covered by your insurance will be your responsibility.
As a convenience, we will bill your insurance company directly for services rendered. If you have any questions, our friendly team is here to help. For patients with orthodontic coverage, you may receive reduced out-of-pocket expenses. Many policies include a lifetime benefit for orthodontic care that is separate from standard dental coverage. We will review your insurance policy to determine the best course of action.
Once your treatment begins, we will file your insurance claims on your behalf. To assist us with this process, please complete the insurance section on our New Patient Registration Forms. Parker Dental accepts most insurance plans.
To streamline your first appointment, please have your insurance information ready when scheduling. This allows us to verify your benefits and help reduce your out-of-pocket costs. If your plan requires a referral, be sure to obtain one before your complimentary consultation to avoid delays. Remember to bring your insurance card and any related information to your appointment.
